  1. You smartly recognize that starting with "while" equals subordination. Now, fix rephrase the subject in the sentence that comes after comma so that the subject is specific (not a pronoun) and clearer. That whole sentence is unclear because you use the word "also" to indicate additional info and you have an infinitive verb ("to remember") instead of a conjugated verb that you erroneously use to control the sentence structure. You forget that "have" is the main verb and "it" is the subject, which causes you to invert the subject and verb. Revise to start with the subject, then the verb. Then, you will see that "have" is not the best verb to use, either.

    The "also" can come later in the sentence or be replaced with another word that emphasizes addition.

    While..., the rest of the sentence allows the terms to be remembered in a creative manner.

    or,

    While..., the sentence also allows those words to be remembered.
